The OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino is a 5,000-seat theatre at Murray Street and Fallsview Boulevard in Niagara Falls, reached from the resort by an indoor walkway. It’s the larger of the two rooms for Fallsview casino concerts and shows. Tickets go through Ticketmaster, doors open an hour before showtime, and all ages are welcome. Tickets for concerts at the OLG Stage
- Who sells them
- Ticketmaster is the only authorized seller. Tickets bought from anyone else can’t be refunded, exchanged or changed by the venue.
- Seats
- You pick your seat when you buy, and everyone needs a ticket, whatever their age.
- Limit
- Eight per customer, combined across orders, though artists can change this. Ticketmaster may cancel orders over the limit, including duplicates with the same billing address or card.
- Mobile entry
- Tickets are delivered digitally and scanned from your phone. The resort suggests adding them to a mobile wallet before you arrive, in case the signal is poor.
- Screenshots
- Not accepted. The barcode refreshes every 15 seconds.
- Passing tickets on
- Ticket Transfer sends them to another Ticketmaster account, and the original barcode then stops working.
- Box office pick-up
- Matinee only: from 10am. Evening only: from noon. Matinee and evening on the same day: from 10am for the matinee and 3pm for the evening.
- Prices
- Quoted in Canadian dollars.

- Doors
- One hour before showtime.
- Late arrivals
- Shows start on time. If you’re late, ushers hold you back until a suitable break in the performance.

- None. Once you leave, you can’t come back in.
- Bags
- Leave backpacks and large bags at home. Only small purses are allowed.
