The Fallsview parking garage

Type: A covered, on-site self-parking garage.
Entrances: Two: one off Fallsview Boulevard and one off Murray Street.
Levels: General parking is on levels 5 and above. Levels 1, 2 and 3 are set aside for Momentum loyalty cardholders with a qualifying status, and Levels 1 and 2 are entered from Murray Street.
How big: The resort’s pages give two sizes: over 3,000 vehicles on one, and a 2,500-space structure on another.
Availability: Self-parking is subject to availability.

We can’t give you a price. Guest Services and the call centre on 1-888-325-5788 are the places to ask.

Rates: Set when you leave, and they fluctuate. The resort publishes no price list.
Busy dates: Rates may be higher on holidays, weekends and concert dates.
Who pays: Most visitors, so plan on a charge.
How to pay: Automated kiosks near the elevators on the lobby floor, the 5th floor and the 7th floor take debit and credit. Pay before you leave.
Overnight: Allowed, with the rate set at departure.

Is there valet parking?

We couldn’t confirm it. Niagara Falls Tourism says valet parking is available at the Fallsview Boulevard entrance, but none of the resort’s own pages we read mentions it. Call before you count on it.

EV charging in the garage

Stations: 10 in the garage: four on P1 and six on P5.
Paying: Hourly charging rates apply, through the ChargePoint app. You need an account before you plug in.
Finding them: In the app, select Find Stations and search for “Fallsview Casino”. Chargers show up as Fallsview P1 and Fallsview P5, with price and availability.

Accessible parking

For OLG Stage shows: Accessible parking is sold through Ticketmaster, subject to availability.
Where to enter: The Hilton Hotel parking lot, off Fallsview Boulevard. Show your parking confirmation and a valid accessible permit on arrival.
Permit: It must stay clearly displayed in the vehicle the whole time.
Elevators and washrooms: Accessible washrooms are by the parking elevators.

Parking at the other Niagara casino

Casino Niagara has its own 1,500-space garage, about a 20-minute walk from Fallsview. A free shuttle links the two on Fridays to Sundays and on OLG Stage show days, for people with a show ticket, a Momentum card or a partner hotel key card.
