Casino Rama concerts and the Entertainment Centre

Casino Rama concerts take place in the resort’s Entertainment Centre, a 5,000-seat room about 90 minutes north of Toronto. Since January 2026, shows are 19+ unless a listing says otherwise, so check before you bring anyone younger. Tickets come from Ticketmaster or the box office, which opens at noon on show nights. We don’t list show dates here.

The Casino Rama Resort Entertainment Centre

- It’s also rented for plays, trade shows, presentations, conferences and receptions.

- You can buy them and have them inside, but you can’t bring your own.
Casino Rama seating chart
We can’t describe the seating. The resort’s Entertainment Centre page shows no chart, and its FAQ doesn’t cover the layout. What we can tell you: a real ticket names a section, row and seat, and the seats retract when the room is set up for other events.
Casino Rama concerts: tickets and the box office
- Who sells them
- Ticketmaster is the only authorized seller, along with the resort’s own box office.
- Spotting a bad resale
- Real tickets are sold in Canadian dollars and list a section, row and seat. Wording like “around” or “here or better” is a warning sign.
- Third-party tickets
- The resort won’t refund, discount or replace them.
- Box office
- In the link just inside the main Rotunda entrance, between the hotel and the gaming floor. It’s open on show nights from noon until showtime.
- Picking up
- Arrive early, with the credit card used for the order and government-issued photo ID.

Age limit and ID for shows

- Since January 2026, all shows are 19+ unless otherwise indicated.
- All-ages shows
- Under-19s can attend only when an event is specifically advertised as all ages.
- ID
- Valid government-issued photo ID that also carries your signature. A driver’s licence, passport or Age of Majority Card all work. At 21 or younger, bring a second piece with your name, such as a debit, credit or health card.
- If your ID falls short
- You may be refused entry, and concert tickets aren’t refunded in that case.
Inside the theatre

- Each artist decides whether fans can take personal photos in the theatre.
- Recording
- No audio or video recording and no professional cameras or lenses, at any show.
- Dress code
- None.
- Smoking
- The resort is smoke-free, with designated outdoor smoking areas.
Accessible seats
- Seats
- Wheelchair-accessible seats are available at every performance in limited numbers. Call the box office on 1-800-832-7529.
- Hearing devices
- On request at the box office, for all concerts and events.
- Support persons
- Welcome, subject to age restrictions. Standard costs apply to them at special events.
- Service animals
- Welcome in public areas unless another law excludes the animal.
Parking on show nights

- Free, with space for more than 2,500 vehicles.

- At the main casino entrance, around the clock from Friday 4pm to Monday 2am, for $28 including HST.
Getting to Orillia for a show
Without a car, the VIP Coach from the GTA is the main option. Its stops and rules are on our Casino Rama Resort card.

- Outside operators run the bus services. For inquiries, call 1-888-817-7262, then press 1 and 3.
Staying over after a concert
It’s a long drive home from a late show. You can stay at the Casino Rama hotel on site, or at one of the hotels nearby that we list there.
How Rama compares with other casino stages
The OLG Stage at Fallsview in Niagara Falls and Caesars Windsor shows are the same size, but both default to all ages rather than 19+.

What’s the Casino Rama concert schedule?
We don’t publish one. The resort’s entertainment page lists upcoming shows, and Ticketmaster sells them.
Can under-19s go to Casino Rama concerts?
Only if the show is specifically advertised as all ages.
Is there a dress code?
No.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes, at the box office on show nights from noon until showtime, as long as tickets remain.
